software. The requirements for the software are as follows:
• The software should consist of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that
will be displayed on the mobile screen.
• The GUI should provide banking facilities, such as balance enquiry,
money transfer, online billing of telephone and Internet bills, and
property tax.
• The transaction-processing speed should be fast. Any delay in
processing can increase the network traffic and adversely affect
customer service.
• The requirements for the mobile banking software may further evolve,
for example the functionality of online reservation of the air tickets
may be included.
